Background

Canal 9 (XEQ-TV) (stylised as NU9VE) is a Mexican television channel property of Grupo Televisa. Was created in 1985 after the "closure" of Canal 8 (XHTM-TV). It passed through other names like Galavisión and GalaTV.

Canal 8

(1983-1985)

Logo: In most of the IDs the animation varies, but mostly consists on a big "8" on a colorful background, ocassionally with its callsign (XHTM-TV) appearing on a corner, or finishing with the Televisa logo being formed on a black BG.

FX/SFX: Depends on the variants, likely made on Scanimate.

Music/Sounds: A calm music theme.
