Background

ETA, standing for Euskadi Ta Askatasuna (English: Basque Homeland and Liberty) was a separatist terrorist group in the Basque region of Spain and France. The group had been active from 1959 until declaring a cessation of it's armed operations in 2018. The group has been said to have been responsible for the deaths of over 800 people and injuring over 20000 people.

Logo (2007)

Visuals: A red star zooms towards the screen and rotates around. It flips to reveal the logo of the ETA on its centre, consisting of "E.T.A." inside two white outlined circles with the group's full name arced over the text. The red star shrinks down into the white star in the logo.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A loud screaming sound accompanied with a violin soundtrack in the background.
