Everland Entertainment

Background

Everland Entertainment was the children's division of Christian music and video company Word Entertainment.

1st Logo (1994-1997)

Visuals: Over a blue-black gradient background, a curved white/gray object moves as the camera passes over an "A" with a yellow butterfly perched and flapping its wings. The object is shown to be connected to the "N" in the word "LAND", which is connected to and below the first "E" in the word "EVER", enclosed in a gray box and with a portion that says "ENTERTAINMENT". Once everything zooms out, the butterfly flies at the screen and past us.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: None.

Availability: Its only known appearance is on the Bible Action Songs VHS series. None of Everland's releases of VeggieTales used this logo, despite a print version of this appearing on the packaging; they either use the Word Entertainment logo or (in most cases) have literally nothing but the program and the Big Idea Entertainment logo.

2nd Logo (1999-2001?)

Visuals: On a gray/silver gradient background, the letters "e", "V", "e", "R", "L", "a", "n" and "D" move away from the screen and stop below a weird, teal square/trapezoid-like shape. One of the letters pops out among the others. The letters form the word "eVeRLanD". Two "E"s, one yellow and one black, then appear. The black "E" jumps on the shape, followed by the yellow "E" jumping on the black "E". "ENTERTAINMENT" appears under "eVeRLanD".

Technique: CGI.

Audio: The letters laughing in high-pitched voices, a pop and whistle as one of the letters pops out, then descending synth boing-like sounds as the "E"s jump, a tongue clicking-like sound, and a man saying "E" in a deep voice.

Availability: So far, it has been found on Threads: A Pond Full of Pigs and Threads: Things That Go Puff in the Dark.
