Background
Excelsior Pictures was a film company from Philippines.
Logo (June 10, 1939-March 27, 1940)
Visuals: There is the words "EXCELSIOR PICTURES" on a sign and the words "MANILA, PHILIPPINES" beneath it on another sign. Atop both signs are ten heralds, who are raising their trumpets to the sky.
Technique: A still printed graphic.
Audio: A majestic 5-note trumpet fanfare, which is actually the start of "Leichte Kavallerie: Overture" by Franz von Suppè.
Audio Variant: Some old-style Filipino music (albeit garbled) can be heard in the logo for Pakiusap.
Availability: Can be seen in films such as Tunay na ina and Pakiusap, the latter of which is available to watch on Youtube in its entirety.
Legacy: This is one of (if not the) oldest Filipino logo on the Wiki.
