Variants:
- Originally, just the wordmark in white was on a blue gradient background.
- Late 2010s versions (until November 4, 2019) of the app had the lowercase "f" on a rounded square, with its colors inverted against a blue background.
- From November 4, 2019 until October 28, 2021, the Facebook, Inc. wordmark in gray was originally in place of the Meta logo, with the logos of Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Oculus, all in gray, under it.
