Background

Far Field Productions is the production company of Hart Hanson. The company is named after Theodore Roethke's poem "Far Field" as an homage to Hanson's previous career as an English professor.[1]

Visuals: On a sky blue background is a watercolor picture of a grassy hill with a tree and the text "Far Field Productions" in a black typewriter font seen above. A teenage boy wearing an red shirt is seen in the bottom left corner of the screen as he raises his right arm and points at the tree.

Variant: On Backstrom, the logo is in freeze-frame before animating.

Audio: Just the boy saying "What's that mean?".
