FilmRise

1st Logo (2012-2015?)

Nickname: "The Sun"

Logo: On a space background with a close up of the Earth, we see the text "FilmRise" in a font similar to Impact After a few seconds, the Earth fades out, and a yellow circle, intended to be a sun, fades in above "Rise".

Variant: A short version exists.

FX/SFX: The globe and sun fading.

Music/Sounds: A dreamy synth tune.

Availability: Rare. Can be seen of a lot of FilmRise programming.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd Logo (2015?-2018)

Nickname: "The Sun II"

Logo: On a black background, we see "FilmRise" in the same style as before, in white. As the text zooms in, a round line, resembling the sun from before, draws itself in.

FX/SFX: The text and the line.

Music/Sounds: None. Some shows have a dreamy synth tune similar to the previous logo.

Availability: More common than the previous logo, but still uncommon. It can be found on select series distributed by the company.

  • The best sources for the logo are on current prints of most episodes of Unsolved Mysteries, which can be found on FilmRise's various partners, as well as Amazon Prime prints of Totally Spies.
