Background
Fincine was an Italian film distribution company based in Bergamo. The known information includes the company going bankrupt once the 1951 film Luci del varietà is finished, whose distribution rights were also entrusted to said company.

Visuals: On a space background with twinkling stars is 7 medium-sized stars that form the Big Dipper asterism of the Ursa Major constellation. The 7 stars glow one by one and we later see a curved, filmstrip-like ribbon with a shield in the middle with the word "Fincine" on the ribbon in script font fading in. After all the stars have finished glowing inside the shield, there is the word "presenta" in another script font fading in below.
Technique: Traditional animation.
Audio: Several theremin notes play with a piano portion and then an orchestral theme, with more theremin notes at the end.
Audio Variant: A 1949 re-release of Teresa Venerdì uses the opening theme of the film.
Availability: It can be found on their movies such as Luci del varietà. If you find an old (for instance) Vestron Video International PAL tape from Italy, it might have this logo on it. Might turn up on TCM or AMC from time to time, too.
