According to an old post from WikiFoundry ([1]), the 1965 TCFTV theme was heard on the Simpsons episode 'Some Enchanted Evening' in 1990. The Season 1 DVD has 20th Television, as do most current reruns. Is there any proof that the fanfare was heard on said episode's original airing (and the 1992 Fox Video VHS release)? |

Uhhh...I don't think so. I have two The Best of The Simpsons VHS releases, and they use the first ever Twentieth Television jingle. I want the Fox fanfare used in their feature-length movies to be re-orchestrated, and this one will be the first Fox fanfare to have a choir singing along. |
