Forum:Is this WETA logo count as a plaster?

So, I found that at the beginning of this logo, the 2007 logo is actually appear less than a second until the new logo appear. Is this count as a plaster or not? I think it is but i'm not 100% sure. Can you let me know in this forum? (If it is a yes, I will upload it on my youtube channel. If not, then I won't do that because it isn't important.) |
