Ever since the WikiFoundry page of Closinglogos was gone, the forums and topics that were on there are lost, especially with The MeTV Thread. So I decided to create a new thread to continue the MeTV tradition of interesting discoveries, and on different logos on shows from MeTV (including My Three Sons, and others). Feel free to fill in anything you like, and list the show and episodes that have either the same logo, or a different logo, depending on each episode's print.

Time to get the ball rolling here again...

The second half of Season 11 of 'My Three Sons' is currently airing. Most of these episodes were confirmed in the past to have the Viacom "Pinball" logo intact after the CBS Television Distribution logo, with the season finale having the "V of Doom". Due to some recent issues at my my local MeTV affiliate, I haven't been able to see the Pinball, as it's been cut off by a very early local ID. This had been happening for about a month and was finally recently fixed. I plan to check tomorrow morning's episode.

And here's a surprising development: MeTV appears to have switched prints of 'Green Acres'... to older prints! The past few episodes aired have ended with an Orion logo after the Filmways Globe, rather than the MGM logo. I'm unsure of how long this has been going on, as I haven't been paying much attention to MeTV lately.

And one more... About a week ago, MeTV's "Saturday Morning Cartoons" block featured two interesting (to me) Looney Tunes cartoons back to back. The first being 1968's "Skyscraper Caper", featuring Daffy Duck and Speedy Gonzales. This cartoon, being from the W7 era, opened and closed with the Warner Bros.-Seven Arts titles, something I can't say I've ever seen on live TV. The second cartoon was the elusive "Bartholomew Vs. The Wheel". This cartoon seemingly has the regular 60's abstract titles, but with a white background on the LT title card and closing card, as well as different audio over the end card. Again, something I can't say I've ever seen on live TV. This block could be one to watch.

(8/3/21) The 'My Three Sons' episode "Barbara Lost" aired today. This is the second-to-last episode of the series. At the end, it cut directly from the "CBS Television City" card to the full-length Viacom Pinball. There was no CBS Television Distribution logo. The final episode airs tomorrow, then it will be the last we'll see of the Pinball for a while.

Another strange occurrence:

Tonight's 'Green Acres' ended with the Filmways/Orion combo that's been appearing lately. However this time around, the Orion logo was followed by the latest MGM Television logo (you know, with the lion zooming out and such) in a 16:9 letterbox, inside the existing 4:3 letterbox, so the logo was rather small once fully formed.

Just another weird combo to keep an eye out for.
