Some other day, I was busy scrolling on YouTube until I came across this account known as… HorizonPoint (could be an impostor but who knows). This intrigued me because HorizonPoint has been terminated and I forgot to mention: this account has been stealing other people’s captures and reuploading it to his channel. Even he stole my own logo captures- (evidence below) <gallery mode=“packed” heights=“200”> BroWhy.png BroWhy2.png </gallery> Image on the left: Horizon’s video <br> Image on the right: My video (which could not be seen publicly because I set it to unlisted for copyright safety. You could see it in my “Logo Captures” playlist within my channel I have linked in my userpage.) I could be a total douchebag though, and this could be just a random guy impersonating as HorizonPoint, but I’m making this forum solely for bringing awareness to people whose videos might be stolen from other people, just like what Logo Archive Collection Company did in the past.
For the last God damn time, no one is "stealing" anyone's logo captures. If anything, the uploader who's having their content "stolen" is the real thief, coz it's not their content in the first place.
Per EMG here. Logo stealing in that term never existed. The "thievery" was a byproduct of [https://web.archive.org/web/20200223025458/http://www.closinglogos.com/thread/5249584/List+of+logo+thieves what was done back in the old wiki (probably a BOD thing too but oh well)]. This is why uploaders like Dan Bickner were despised, but clearly the real thieves are literally the logo uploaders themselves. Every logo capture channel you see (Broken Saw, LogicSmash, David's Logo Archive, me and others) are the thieves themselves. The reason everyone's a thief here is because we're taking the property from the original corporation who made the logo in the first place.
I already knew this was going to happen and I already realized it at the moment I created this forum. Both of you are right. None of the logo captures I nor the capturers on the public domain are rightfully theirs in the first place because the creators of the logos are the companies themselves anyway. To be brutally honest, it's my first time encountering this situation, and that's why this unnecessary forum exists; I don't know what else to say, since I am already in the wrong. My apologies.
That reminded me of that one guy with that stupid childish behavior who owned that now-terminated account. His new account is Tony Jones, with the behavior remaining the same, even when seeing his community posts.
