I used Windows 10's game bar recorder (which you don't need to download if you have W10). |

A capture device for direct rips, Greenshot for screencaps, and OBS for online recordings (if I can't directly download the source). |

For DVDs, I use DVDShrink to actually browse around on the disc and find what I want to use, then I rip using HandBrake. For online sources I'll screen-record using OBS. On the rare occasions I do off-air recordings, I have a cheap DVR with a USB plugged in that I record to. |
