Technique: Depends on the period of the commercial, and it can be either simplistic effects or CGI.
Audio: A little beat with a voice saying the company's name, followed by a four-note chime. Not every commercial has this, though.
Availability: Appears at the end of Italian toy commercials for products manufactured by the company, such as Cicciobello. It can also be seen on Giochi Prezoisi toy commercials in France, Turkey and Greece as well.
