1st Logo (1990s)

Logo: On a dark space background, we see the Earth with the North Pole facing the screen and a transparent hot pink bubble zooming out and absorbing the planet, disappearing before releasing thousands of pieces into thin air. The bubble leaves the Earth while zooming towards the screen. Next, a different view of Earth is seen where the company name in gold spins around the globe, aligned to the equator. The camera changes positions to face the Northern Hemisphere before crossfading to a normal shot of the globe in which four Chinese characters float, spin, and slide out of the camera. They then slide from the left with the Earth flying towards the top left and a gold disc to spin and slide towards the bottom right.

Technique: 3DCG animation.

Music/Sounds: A descending, whooshing synth at the beginning, followed by an upbeat MIDI fanfare with other whooshing sounds.

Availability: Rare.

2nd Logo (1990s-2000s)

Normal version.
Darkened version.

Logo: On a rainbow-colored nighttime background, a DVD disc and the text "金碟豹光碟影公司" slowly fly towards the ground as a golden-colored leopard runs towards the disc on a desert-like terrain. The disc and text then gradually speed up with the leopard leaping from the ground to catch the disc with its mouth. The same text as before appears below the leopard, this time in blue.

Variant: A darker-shaded version exists.

Technique: The animation of the text, disc, and leopard, as well as the smoke on the ground.

Music/Sounds: A marching band-like MIDI fanfare, loosely based on the 1st logo. The leopard roars as it jumps from the ground.

Music/Sounds Variants: There were a few occurrences where the fanfare was rearranged.

Availability: Very common; at least in China. This is shown on various distributed karaoke, film, TV series and animated VCDs from Chinese studios at the time.
