Background

Hispano Foxfilm was the Spanish branch of Fox Film Corporation and later, 20th Century Fox. In 2019, Hispano Foxfilm was folded into The Walt Disney Studios España.

1st Logo (1995)


Visuals: In a shiny black/blue light background with a lens flare, two metallic texts "HISPANO" and "FOXFILM" move towards the center of the screen from left and right respectively, with every letter rotating to its places. The text "PRESENTA" fades in below.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: None

Availability: So far, only been spotted on a Spanish theatrical trailer of Smoke.

2nd Logo (2000s?-2010s)


Visuals: On a black background, the golden text "HISPANO FOXFILM" appears, with "presenta" appearing underneath after a few seconds.

Variants: The logo can be still on some trailers.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: None

Availability: Seen on Spanish theatrical prints and trailers of 20th Century Fox films between 1995 and 2020, including those distributed under Fox Searchlight Pictures and Fox International Productions as well as on local productions. This logo could be also seen on Spanish theatrical prints and trailers for MGM titles from 2000 to 2008.
