Visuals: Set during a dark and stormy night, the screen begins at a gate, opening and leading it to a gloomy, creepy mansion at the peak of a hill populated with graves, a twisting sidewalk, and leafless trees. The screen then pans upward to show a gargoyle with a furious expression and glowing red eyes standing on the mansion's chimney. Then, lightning strikes on the stone peak of the chimney to unveil "House of Fear", in a glowing red texture and Gothic font.
Variant: On Eldorado, when the lightning strike hits the chimney, the sequence gets interrupted by the screen tearing down to unveil Peter O'Toole in a gothic library. Before appearing on a scream, he shouts "Hold on!" four times. Then, the following dialogue is stated:
O'Toole can be seen looking down reading from a note, presumably the script for this disclaimer. After the delivery of the above introduction, the transition and sequence quickly reverse to where the screen begins to pan up the mansion and proceed normally.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A dramatic, gothic orchestral string soundtrack plays alongside the sound of thunder, flapping, rain, and whooshing.
Audio Variant: Eldorado has O'Toole's dialogue and an orchestral string soundtrack playing in the background. A spring-boinging sound effect plays after O'Toole says his name.
Availability: The logo is seen on Evil Calls: The Raven and Eldorado.
