Visuals: On a blue background, we see Hachisuke flying in with a bee that punches. Below it was the same text from the previous logos.
Variant: On American commercials, it fades to the Nintendo logo.

Audio: An electronic synth, followed by a bell, with a voice says "By Hudson!".
Audio Variants:
- On American commercials, a bee sound is heard ending in a beat, with a voiceover that says "By Hudson Soft, for Nintendo!".
- Some early commercials had an electronic theme playing.
Availability: Seen on many Hudson Soft commercials, such as Famicom, Game Boy, and the PC Engine, among others.
3rd Logo (1992-1999)
Visuals: We see Hudson characters doing a pose. Below it was the Hudson Soft logo over a blue background.
Variant: Some American commercials show game tips instead with the animation of Hachisuke doing a pose.

Audio: A voice that says "By Hudson!".
Availability: Seen on some Hudson commercials from the era.
4th Logo (1999-2000)
Visuals: On a black background, a trail is shown that flashes and forms the Hudson Soft logo.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: A deep male voiceover that says "By Hudson!".
Availability: Seen on many Hudson commercials from the era.
5th Logo (2000-2012)
Visuals: At the end of the commercial, the Hudson logo fades in below.
Variant: Sometimes, it is within a yellow bar. Technique: None.
