1st Intro (July 28, 1992-January 16, 1994)

Visuals: The intro starts on a black starry background. The background then moves from right to left as the blue "НОВОСТИ" flies in slowly rotating from the right. Then a rainbow-colored TV-like square outline appears zooming out and spinning, with the text "ИТА" slowly rotating inside it. At the bottom, a water surface is revealed, and the same "НОВОСТИ" text from the beginning is shown zooming out below the ITA logo. The elements then settle, and the starry background keeps moving.
Technique: CGI by Creat.
Audio: An ascending/descending synth flourish, with a similar-sounding fanfare with a bell melody playing during the reveal of the elements. The theme ends with a drumroll and an orchestral note.
2nd Intro (January 17, 1994-March 31, 1995)

Visuals: The intro starts on a recreation of a news studio environment, with two cameras, a TV screen, and two desks. The camera rotates around the studio and zooms out near the ceiling, as the screen fades to a dark shot of a TV studio facility near a city street. The camera keeps moving up, as the Ostankino Tower is revealed at the right, and clouds begin to appear. The screen then fades to an aerial shot of the Earth with the sun shining near the upper-left side. This is then revealed to be part of a zooming out "НОВОСТИ" in silver, which is set on a blue silk background with multiple lines of different colors shooting around the horizontal sides of the screen. One large line, in blue, appears at the top of the text, bringing in a silver stripe that's cut at the center, containing an oval border with the text "ИТА" inside it.
Technique: CGI by Render Club.
Audio: A generic orchestral fanfare with a repeating piano rhythm. A piano melody is heard during the reveal of the TV studio facility and the Earth, and then a long flute/orchestral note in C plays, with a few pizzicato notes from a violin shortly after. A bell toll then plays during the appearance of the ITA logo.
Audio Variant: An alternate variant has a slightly rearranged version of the theme. A flute note during an aerial shot of the Earth is also absent, and a bell toll during the appearance of the ITA logo also sounds more dramatic.
