Background: International Rainbow Pictures was the international division of Rainbow Releasing Productions.

Logo: It's the same as the Rainbow Releasing Productions logo, only "AN INTERNATIONAL RAINBOW PICTURE" replaces "A RAINBOW RELEASE" with a wiping transition, and "A JAGFILM" appears below the logo. Plus, there is a bluish tint throughout the logo.
