Logo (1990s)

Visuals: On a black background, several lines appear in a top-to-bottom fashion that make up a map of the world drawn similarly to a Venn diagram. Once this is completed, a light appears that goes from the bottom of the map to the top of the map. Just after the light crosses the middle of the map, a gap appears in the middle of the map, with the text

inside of it in white.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A harp playing descending notes as the map forms, an ascending whoosh as the light goes across the map, and a "ding" that carries until the end of the logo as the gap and text appear.

Availability: Spotted on a tape of Trav's Travels-Mexico.
