Background

Internet Lurker is a former American YouTube channel, founded on August 9, 2006, that uploaded archived clips from retro television, particularly old television commercials. Since 2015, the channel has been inactive.

Logo (June 10, 2007-June 16, 2009)

Visuals: On a black background is Marguerite Perrin (the 'God Warrior' lady) on the right side of the screen, with her eyes closed. As she opens them, her mouth opens as well, causing the channel's web address, in the Lithos font, in an arched shape, and colored white, to fly out of her mouth and place itself beside her. Marguerite then closes her mouth.

Variants:

  • The logo was later updated to feature Marguerite with her eyes open throughout.
  • Another alternate version of the logo exists with higher resolution and a faster frame rate.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: A low-pitched screeching noise to accompany the opening of Marguerite's mouth.

Availability: Seen at the end of all Internet Lurker videos between June 10, 2007 and June 16, 2009.
