Visuals: Over a black background with multiple circles (varying in size, and overlapping) at the right, there is a white/black filled rectangle containing black on the top part and white on the bottom part. Inside the filled rectangle are the letters "JPR" with "J.R." inside the curl of "R". At the bottom of the white/black filled rectangle are the ribbons which flow through sides with "PRODUCTIONS" inside the center of the ribbon and below the filled rectangle respectively.
