This is the vanity plate of Jeff Rake.
1st Logo (September 14-21, 2005)
Visuals: There is piles of gold falling down to reveal the words "JEFF RAKE" on a royal blue background. The word "PRODUCTIONS" in white is shown below. Below everything, we see three little girls doing a cheer.

Audio: The girls cheering "Yay!".

2nd Logo (September 17, 2014-)
Visuals: On a gray spotlight background with two royal blue lines, we see two gray "E"s standing above and below, resembling a rake. The text "JEFF RAKE" is seen sandwiched between both of the letters with the black word "PRODUCTIONS" below.
Trivia: This logo was made out of entries of a design contest on 99Designs, where the winning design is made.[1]
