Logo: We see this notice scroll up in the credits:

CAPITOL A JOHN CONBOY PRODUCTION JOHN CONBOY © [YEAR IN ROMAN NUMERALS] ALL RIGHTS RESERVED FX/SFX: The scrolling in the credits.

Variants: On pre-1983 episodes of Capitol, this notice was used instead:

JC A JOHN CONBOY PRODUCTION JOHN CONBOY ©[YEAR IN ROMAN NUMERALS] ALL RIGHTS RESERVED The "JC" is stylized. The in-credit notice seen on the pilot episode of Capitol is like the previous notice mentioned, except the copyright disclaimer reads "© 1982 CAPITOL PRODUCTIONS" and has a black rectangle behind it. The stylized "JC" is larger, and the text that reads "A JOHN CONBOY PRODUCTION" is also larger.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of Capitol.

Availability: Only seen on Capitol, which ran on CBS from 1982 to 1987.
