1st Logo (1968)

Kalakendra Movies (1968) Logo: On a dark background, with a light in the screen, after the camera pans down, we see the statue of a man sitting in a Buddhist-style, with a pendant of flowers, and with a chisel and a parchment in its hands.

Trivia: The statue is of Thiruvalluvar, a famous Tamil poet and philosopher from the 3rd Century B.C.

FX/SFX: The camera panning down.

Music/Sounds: Some strums of a lyra and a hit of a bell while a male voice sings.

Availability: Seen only on Ethir Neechal.

2nd Logo (1969-1970)

Kalakendra Movies (1969) Logo: Same as the previous logo, but the background is the sky with some clouds. In addition, the statue of Thiruvalluvar from the previous logo appears in a different position, looking towards the right.

Music/Sounds: See previous logo.

Availability: Seen on Iru Kodugal and Ethiroli.

3rd Logo (1971) Kalakendra Movies (1971)

Logo: We see a cloudy background, and the camera pans down to the statue. The statue has paint all over its body.

FX/SFX: Same as the previous logos.

Music/Sounds: A 12-note melody with a lyra, followed by the shrill of a violin and some notes of the lyra, while a man is singing. Finally, two strums of the lyra are heard, with the shrill of the violin.

Availability: Seen only on Nootrukku Nooru ("100 out of 100") on YouTube.
