This is Rand Ravich's production company. The company was previously known as Ravich-Shariat Productions with Far Shariat.

Logo: On a white background, we zoom out of the text in a typewriter font "KARA INC.". The camera pans.
Technique: Like the last Ravich-Shariat logo, it's live-action.
Music/Sounds: A one-note synth theme. Fox airings used a generic theme and a voiceover.
Availability: Only seen on the short-lived Fox show Second Chance.
