Background
This is a company led by Mike Karz, who is also on another company called Guffsteam Pictures.
1st Logo (1998-2003)
Logo: On a dark blue background, a yellow oval reveals itself with KARZ written inside in the background color. The word casts a shadow. The white ENTERTAINMENT is seen below.
Variant: Sometimes, the oval is silver.
FX/SFX: The logo revealing.
Music/Sounds: A 4-note piano/chime tune, a generic ABC theme, or the ending theme of the TV movie.
Availability: Seen on Geppetto, Model Behavior, and other TV movies.

2nd Logo (September 21, 2007)
Logo: We see a highway with a city skyline at night. Two cars roll towards us with their lights on. The first car roughly turns right, nearly coming into the camera. The second one follows it, and they both vanish, as the silvery letters K.E.I. appear in the splash.
FX/SFX: The animation of the cars.
Music/Sounds: The opening theme of Good Luck Chuck.
Availability: Extinct. Only seen on Good Luck Chuck.
