Visuals: Over a black background, there is a picture of an eagle inside a circle zooming out and the lines around the circle being drawn. The filmstrip fades in while the line is drawing with "Dr. KOLCZONAY FILMGYARTO ES FILMKOLCSONZO VALLALATA" sliding in. It fades out and "BEMUTATJA" appears.

2nd Logo (June 30-November 11, 1943)

Visuals: Over a sky background, there is a footage of an eagle which crossfades into another eagle scene. A shield with "KOLCZONAY FILM" is seen throughout the scene with "BEMUTATJA" fading in as it crossfades to another eagle scene.

Technique: Motion controlled animation.

Audio: None or a triumphant fanfare.
