Lex Video Centre Co. was a home entertainment company from Hong Kong.

Visuals: The sequence starts on a purple background where we see an "X" shape divided into four pieces. The two tiles on the bottom portion of the shape have a rhombus inside. Below this symbol reads:

The background would change colors from purple to blue, to green, and finally orange.

Audio: None.

Availability: Its only known appearance so far is at the end of a VHS of the obscure horror film, Lewd Lizard.
