Lifestyle (Warning Screen)
Background
Lifestyle was an early European satellite subscription channel, and a part of WHSmith’s WHSTV network (which included Screensport).
The channel operated from 30 October 1985 to 24 January 1993. WHSmith, a retailer with its origins going as far as 1792, remains in business today.
1st Warning (1985)
Visuals: On a blue background, elements of the logo fly around as the title of the channel appears in yellow Futura text, underlined and in italic. Underneath is the following receiver licence warning in white Futura text:
