Background

Louisiana Entertainment is the entertainment supervision division of the Louisianian state government.

Visuals: Over a black background, there is the blue word "LOUISIANA". Inside of the first "A", there is a fleur-de-lis, which is a symbol commonly associated with France. The orange word "ENTERTAINMENT" is seen below it. The logo then cuts to whatever succeeds this.
