Visuals: On a cloudy sky is the word "MT2" in a Rome-like structure wall with the words on the bottom "SERVICES, INC." on the grass. The words are shown underneath: "in association with".
Variant: Sometimes, the "IAW" is absent.

3rd Logo (November 3, 1995-June 8, 1997)
Visuals: On a grey marble background, there is a gold-outlined, green-filled "MT2" with a black gold-bordered box with "SERVICES" inside, and "INC." next to it.
