This is Theresa Rebeck's vanity card.

Logo: On a white background, the words "MADWOMAN IN THE ATTIC, INC." is written in a small capital block font. Underneath is a straight line followed by a child-like drawing of a woman's head with scraggly hair and little eyes staring sideways. The woman's mouth is open wide enough to show her crooked teeth. The entire logo is set in teal.
Technique: The woman's hair goes up sideways as if she is either scared or gone mad.
Audio: The closing theme of the series.
