(January 7, 2014-February 8, 2017)

Logo: On a grass, we see a book with the words inside the cover "Michael Seitzman's" with the yellow tilted word "pictures" on the bottom right, then suddenly, the book opens with a blue flash before closing it again.

FX/SFX: The book.

Music/Sounds: On Intelligence, it's the closing theme, but on Code Black, it's an organ sound. CBS airings used a generic theme.

Music/Sounds Variant: On one episode on Code Black, an organ sound is different.

Logo: We see various comic book style covers with the text "MANIAC" in yellow with a red outline on them. The last one reveals a woman's face at the cover. Then, the comic book closes to reveal the company's name in it.

FX/SFX: The movement of the logo, the book closing.

Music/Sounds: An adventurous synth theme with the sound of the pages flapping when the book closes. CBS and ABC airings used a generic theme.
