Availability: Extremely rare. Its debut was on a tape of War Between the States, which was produced by McGraw-Hill. MasterVision/McGraw-Hill tapes could be found at your library (worldcat.org has a few examples). If you wanted to buy one of these tapes from the Internet, you would probably have to search for quite a while. It even released its own releases, mainly targeted at homes.
