Logo (1996-2007)
Visuals: On a black background, there is a wine glass on the myrtle green floor, that shatters, and the words appear, "Is it live, or is it Memorex©?", with the word "live" flashing myrtle green once. After that the logo cuts to black for a few seconds, and then the real logo animation begins: 4 CDs appear from the corners, and they all place on the center. The N-TK Entertainment Technology logo appears and unwinds in front of the CD's, then zooms up as the CDs go back. The Memorex Software logo zooms in below the N-TK logo, as some text below appears, and the URL also appears below and briefly shears.
Technique: 3D animation for the first part, and 2D computer effects for the second one.
Audio: A glass breaking sound, then a synth-rock tune that repeats.
Availability: It appears on some titles released by the company.
