Background

Michael Poryes Productions was Michael Poryes' vanity card; it was named after Poryes himself. It went dormant after the cancellation of Hannah Montana in 2011 due to a combination of mixed critical reception and Miley Cyrus' controversies in the following years. In 2023, it was revived for Home Sweet Rome!.

Logo (March 24, 2006-January 16, 2011; July 24, 2023-)

Visuals: On a blue background, "MICHAEL PORYES", in the font used on The Ren & Stimpy Show, runs in from the right of the screen. Below the name, the word "P R O D U C T I O N S" falls down.

Later Variant: Starting with season 4 episodes of Hannah Montana, the logo has been slightly enhanced for HD (since the show had been upgraded to HD). The background is now a slightly lighter blue background than before and the letters look shinier than before.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: A cartoonish tire screeching sound when the words appear, a quick "boing" when they form, and an orchestral hit when "P R O D U C T I O N S" gets in place. All of this is played in a low quality fashion.

Audio Variants:

  • On the special "Wizards on Deck with Hannah Montana", a line of dialogue from Wizards of Waverly Place is heard after it.
  • On Home Sweet Rome!, it's the ending theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on the infamous Hannah Montana on Disney Channel and Home Sweet Rome! on Family Channel.
