Logo: On a zooming space background, we see a live-action 6-pointed star zooming in to the middle. Once it gets closer, a flash occurs. From the distance, we see two texts, one in gold and one in white. They slowly zoom in, with blue trails accompanying it. As it gets closer, it stops, and it reveals the texts "MINISTER" in gold and "Video" in a script font, in white.
Technique: Live-action and scanimation.
Music/Sounds: A sci-fi warbling tune, and a bombastic fanfare.
Availability: Extremely rare. Seen on some releases, such as Cain's Way.
