Background
(1971-1983)
Logo: Over a black background with what appears to be 4 satellites spinning on the left side, we see Georgian “საინფორმაციო ჰროგრამა” (News program) rise up 3 times (the first being in a simple font, the second in a more stylised font with the top text in and arc and a film canister in the middle and the 3rd being in a cursive-esque font) with მოამბე (Moambe) zooming in twice. After that, a compass appears above the satellites with the same “News program” text in a curve, forming an oval in the middle, where Moambe (in Georgian) zooms in the middle of the text, along with an oval fading around it. The Georgian “News program” text and compass fades away and company name descends a bit.
FX/SFX: The satellites spinning and text animation.
Music/Sounds: A quiet “whistling” sound, along with an eerie seven-note jingle, which loops 3 times.
Availability: Extinct, was only seen on the channel's news openings of the time.
