Background

Neo Software Produktions was an Austrian development studio. It was acquired by Take-Two Interactive Software in 2001, while working on a Max Payne port. This game was the last one to have the old logo. In 2003, Neo Software was renamed Rockstar Vienna, but closed abruptly during the development of Manhunt 2 in 2006.
