Visuals: Against a black and blue gradient background, five “N”s arranged like a star zoom out onto screen, spinning quickly in a counterclockwise manner. The star slows it’s spinning and stops at the centre of the screen. An “N” duplicates from the star and flies down to the bottom-left of the screen. The words “NORSTAR HOME VIDEO INC.” appear below it.

Technique: Just some simple animation.

Audio: An announcer saying “The following is a Norstar Home Video release.” At the end of tapes, it’s completely silent, although the silent variant can sometimes be found at the beginning of some tapes as well.

Availability: Appears on Canadian VHS releases of Ghost Fever, Cold Feet, Jack's Back, Bullies, Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II, I've Heard the Mermaids Singing, Demons 1 & 2, Blindside, 90 Days, A Room with a View, Heat (1986), and a French-Canadian VHS of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master.
