1st Logo (April 28, 1991) O'Hara-Horowitz Productions (1991) Logo: On a black background, "O'HARA-HOROWITZ" appears with "PRODUCTIONS" below and "In Association With" underneath all in gold.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme.

Music/Sound Variant: On an alternate tape for Switched at Birth, it is completely silent.

Availability: Only seen on Switched at Birth.

2nd Logo (April 28, 1993-1998)

O'Hara-Horowitz Productions (1996)Logo: On a periwinkle gradient background, a burst of sunlight comes racing to the right of the screen before rotating to the opposite side. It then forms a line that is aligned on both sides where it tilts upwards to reveal"O'HARA-HOROWITZ" in the same font as before butmore wide and in goldenrod. Underneath is a lavender bar with "PRODUCTIONS" also in goldenrod.

FX/SFX: The sunlight and the formation.

Music/Sounds: A glistening synth.

Availability: Actually uncommon. Seen on the Moment of Truth series, Men Who Hate Women & the Women Who Love Them, Heart of a Child, Twilight Zone: Rod Sterling's Lost Classics, Eye of the Stalker, When Friendship Kills, She Woke Up Pregnant, Abduction of Innocence, Stand Against Fear, Badge of Betrayal, A Child's Wish, I Know What You Did, One Hot Summer Night, Nobody Lives Forever, Someone to Love Me, as well as the miniseries Murder in the Heartland.
