Visuals: On a black background, there is a hand-drawn box with two outlines on the left-hand side of the screen with a closed, 2D hand on the bottom right inside. While in-sync with the music, the hand opens its fingers and lowers them down while moving to the top left and then back down as the box is drawn multiple times, again with the notes of the tune. After the seventh note, the dirty, stacked text "OPEN PALM FILMS" fades in on the right.

Variant: A zoomed-out variant exists, sometimes animated or still.

Technique: Either computer animation or none.

Audio: An eight-note somber piano tune.

Audio Variant: On Pond Life, the soundtrack is an acoustic version of the piano tune.

Availability: Seen on films produced by the company such as Pond Life, Making Noise Quietly, and Tides, among others.
