Background

Palisades Entertainment was a renaming of Cinema Group Pictures that was formed in December 1987 to consolidate the film and home video business after Andre Blay and Elliott Kastner took control of the studio. The company would sell its distribution business in 1988.

Logo: Similar to the last logo, but only this time the square is green and white, and instead of the text, it reads "Palisades" in script with "ENTERTAINMENT" on the rectangle, and the "TM" symbol is on the bottom right of the text.
