Background

PT. Pan Asiatic Film Coy was an Indonesian film production company. One of their most notable productions is Mystics in Bali which has become a cult favorite among horror fans.

Logo (1976)

Visuals: On a black background, a golden shield with an ornate crest is seen. Inside the shield is the head of a roaring lion. Below is a red banner arched downwards with "PT. PAN ASIATIC FILM COY" inscribed. After a few seconds, "MEMPERSEMBAHKAN" wipes in from left to right below the banner.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A lion roar, followed by a violin sting leading to a dramatic fanfare.

Availability: This logo is seen on Widuri Kekasihku.
