Parker/Runnels Productions
Background
Parker/Runnels Productions is a production company founded in 1984 by Hank Parker and Michael Runnels; the co-creators and executive producers of Hank Parker's Outdoor Magazine. The company is known for producing the long-running outdoor fishing show Hank Parker's Outdoor Magazine, which had been on the air since 1985; as well other shows produced by the company. In 1999, Michael Runnels left the company, and Hank Parker became the sole executive producer; when the company was renamed Hank Parker Productions.
Logo (January 18, 1985-1994)
Visuals: There is the Parker/Runnels Productions logo consisting of the "p" and "r" both connecting to each other, next to the "p" and "r" is "arker" and "unnels productions". A copyright date with the year in roman numerals can be seen next to the Hank Parker's Outdoor Magazine title card.
Variants:
- On the first three seasons (1985-1987) of Hank Parker's Outdoor Magazine, the logo is smaller with a shadow, and it has a copyright symbol.
- On the first four seasons (1985-1988) of Hank Parker's Outdoor Magazine, the logo appears slightly flat.
- Beginning with Season 4 (1988) of Hank Parker's Outdoor Magazine, the logo is now stacked on top of each other with the shadow removed, and the copyright symbol was changed to the word "COPYRIGHT".
- Starting with Season 5 (1989) of Hank Parker's Outdoor Magazine; and remained until Season 10 (1994), the logo now has a marble design.
