Background

Passion Studios was a film production company from India.

1st Logo (July 28, 2017)

Visuals: The screen zooms into a blue tinted night sky and into the streets of a mostly unlit downtown city. Panning upwards a tall skyscraper, the logo, consisting of a stylized, interconnected "PB" with two rings inside the bowl and split into two pieces, next to "PASSION STUDIOS", is unveiled. The camera tilts to a normal angle before the logo's burst flashes and changes the background to the Earth.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A fast paced and triumphant, percussions and loud horn fanfare.

Availability: The logo is seen on Nibunan.

2nd Logo (June 19-November 24, 2020)

Visuals: Three panning shots of a film camera in a gray tinted space background are shown, the last of which has it zoom out, tilt to a 90 degree counterclockwise angle to align with the logo from before, with the glowing "PB" symbol on the right, drawing in. A white light appears on top of the "P".

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A fast and relaxing sitar solo.

Availability: The logo is seen on Penguin and Andhaghaaram.

3rd Logo (September 17, 2021)

Visuals: First, there is gray smoke with red thunder inside. The screen zooms into the company name from before in a mossy state, with lime green lights flowing around it and the surface. They transform the logo and plaque into a clean, gold, flower decorated logo against a white tiled plaque with a turquoise border on a dimly lit red background. "SUDHAM SUNDARAM PRESENTS", in a stacked format, is shown below the logo.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A thunder strike, followed by a heroic, orchestral string fanfare.

Availability: The logo is seen on Annabelle Sethupathy.

4th Logo (June 9, 2023)

Visuals: On a shimmering light gray background, a few metal pieces form the "PB" logo from before. Then, a close up of a film reel entering the logo's counter is shown, followed by a scrolling shot of "PASSION" turning in letter by letter. The full logo is displayed afterwards, slowly zooming out.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Several sporadic chimes of the same pitch are played throughout. Later, a rhythmic percussions track plays.

Availability: The logo is seen on Takkar.
