Pornhub

Background

Pornhub is a Canadian-owned pornography website founded in 2007. One of the several pornography websites owned by Mindgeek, Pornhub also has its own premium production unit known onscreen as Pornhub Premium Original Production.

1st Logo (May 25, 2007?- )

Logo: On a black background, we see the orange "REC" with a blinking dot to the left of it. The text "flips" into a graphic of a laptop. An orange circle rises up on the laptop screen, followed by a black cursor overlapping it. The laptop flips away as the circle and cursor merge into an orange play button which gets inverted in color. A smaller cursor then appears clicking it, after which the Pornhub logo forms with "community" popping up letter by letter below.

FX/SFX: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: A drum riff with a quiet guitar backing, similar to the intro of the Toto song "Rosanna"

Availability: Virtually appears on every Pornhub video that is not a premium production.
