Screen (1994-2000's)

Visuals: The first element shown is the logo's animation until the appearance of the logo. A yellow filmstrip with black warning text flies in from the upper-right corner to the bottom of the screen. When it's settled into place, it scrolls, alongside with seven red filmstrips with white warning text, forming a warning text which says:
